- Handling all the Mobile Network related technical complaints within SLA
- Monitor and trend analysis on customer technical complaints and coach care team to have effective probing questions for first call closure
- Regular review with CS managers along with business operations to improve operational efficiency
- Trigger incident to GTAC based on the customers technical complaints and follow-up for closure by regular review
- Review the incidents with the concern stakeholders
