Job Description:

The candidate must Independently handle clients network issues. Reaching directly to customer premises for troubleshooting and New link deliveries. Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages. Coordinating with TELCO to resolve the client issues. Monitor fault tickets, priorities, and track progress as appropriate. Acknowledge, check, and respond to customer fault reports.
